Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Forer serves as Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of ADC Therapeutics SA. Previously, Mr. Forer was a Managing Director of Auven Therapeutics, an Investment Manager at Rothschild Asset Management, and a co-founder and Managing Director of Rosetta Capital Limited, a London private equity firm focused on the life science sector. Mr. Forer holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the University of British Columbia.
